Compassion fatigue in health professionals working in drug and alcohol services - survey

We are pleased to support research at Lancaster University on the above topic.

What is the project about?

Ellysia-Grace Thompson is a trainee clinical psychologist at Lancaster University. As part of her course she is doing a research project about how working with people who use drug and/or alcohol can affect compassion.

Who can participate?

People working in drug and alcohol services with three months experience of direct work with people with drug and/or alcohol problems. You can participate if you have a paid or unpaid/ voluntary/ honorary contract with the service you work for.

What is involved?

You will be asked some questions about your work, level of compassion and emotion awareness and a short association test about drug and alcohol use. This will all be done online and your responses will be collected anonymously.
